How do I request a ride?

Calling 985-685-9151 is the preferred way to reach Jerode. You can also submit the booking request form, send a text, or email JerodesJoyRide@yahoo.com. Your reservation is confirmed only after Jerode responds with availability and final details.

How many passengers can ride?

Vehicle options include a sedan, SUV, and passenger van. Jerode confirms the best fit based on your party size, luggage, and availability.

Do you offer airport transportation?

Yes. MSY pickups and drop-offs are available by reservation. Include your airline, flight number, and arrival or departure time in the request details.

How is pricing determined?

Every quote is personalized based on pickup, destination, timing, duration, party size, and any special requirements. Contact Jerode with your trip details for pricing before the ride is booked.

Can I book for an event or by the hour?

Yes. Event transportation and hourly service are available, with a two-hour minimum for hourly bookings. Share your schedule and stops in the request form.

Can Jerode complete a background check if required?

Yes. Jerode is able to pass a background check and can complete one when required by a client, organization, employer, or venue.
